VisualAction – Living is Growing

Throughout my journey, I have searched for ways to make gratitude my attitude and be peaceful in the midst of any storm. This can be difficult to accomplish. Life can be threatening and overwhelming, and problems and challenges can be downright brutal.

But there is a way. Over the years I have compiled a wealth of wisdom for guidance and strength. This led me to create a tool that continually helps me get peaceful, stay strong, embrace hope and cherish what I have to be grateful for. My friend loved the idea and suggested that I share this tool. And so here it is.

It is available on Amazon.

Below is a brief description and a few testimonials. I hope it blesses you as much as it has blessed me.

Imagine having your very own personal, custom-fit mentor, comforter, protector, inspirer, and motivator in your pocket 24-7; a compassionate and profound reminder of who you are and what is important to you; a way to crystallize your values, dreams, and life vision, stay true to yourself and create a path to achieve the life you were meant to live. Visualaction is a guide to creating such a gift for yourself. It will always be there when you need balance and focus, encouragement and hope, inspiration, and motivation.

novel and easy to accomplish

The book “Visualaction” by an exciting new author, LC Taub, is an important read for anyone interested in self transformation. This book teaches how to create and use a picture book instrument for oneself. By using words and images taken from books, magazines, and photographs, an apparatus is created to help you reach your desired life goals. LC Taub has written a heartfelt description of her life and shares how her life has improved using this innovative visual tool. Visualization techniques are often used by top athletes and others interested in improving their performance. “Visualaction” builds upon ordinary visualization techniques in an exciting, novel and easy to accomplish manner. I highly recommend reading and using the action steps in “Visualaction.”

Love, Love, Love this book!

Quite frankly I think everyone should have this quick, easy, fun and insightful guide to living your best life by utilizing everything that’s already inside of you! LC shares moments of her life to illustrate her thoughts, conclusions and how she took action to create, maintain and reinforce positive energy life-force. I purchased my own blank book and am creating my Visualaction immediately. LC has made me aware that I can choose my actions and reactions rather than let them choose me by creating a book based on who I am and who I want to be. Whenever I forget, I am able to utilize that tool to re-center and reset my mind.

Read 73 pages the first day, couldn’t put it down. The author draws you in and you become her best friend because she gives the reader a very honest and candid depiction of her life experience growing up as a child to adolescence and adulthood. The author goes on the talk about one of my favorite past time activities in how she learned the power of a vision board to create and shape her own life. This is a very powerful tool to utilize and it’s fun! Excited to finish it over the weekend and will post again after completion!

A short, easy-to-read guide to personal growth
March 26, 2018
I really enjoyed this book.  It is a quick, well-written, read. Each page has a blank page next to it so you can make notes. The author recounts her own life challenges from an early age and how she eventually found a way to overcome them, focus on goals, and maintain emotional well being. She explains that she has read a lot of books and attended a lot of seminars in her search for personal growth and the result is this book, in which she discusses what works for her. Many self-help books are written by psychologists and other career professionals, but this one is written by an average person who appears to have found success in working on her own issues and wants to help others by sharing. I found it refreshingly uncomplicated and authentic.

Pearls of wisdom to inspire your day
